| Originally founded by Tommy (F.T.) Ferguson in 1949 the Ferguson Family name has been associated with providing quality housing in the Province for nearly 60 years. Ferguson Homes have a wide range of development experience utilising the full skills of the Company’s in-house design and engineering team to offer a complete build solution from land acquisition through to the design and marketing. Giving maximum flexibility and choice to new home purchasers combined with an unrivalled after-sales service to give peace of mind to our customers has set Ferguson Homes apart from the competition. With a strong culture of health & safety, training and professionalism all of our Site Managers have gone on to win numerous NHBC Pride in the Job awards over the years with Robert Craig winning Gold on the UK national stage when he won CIOB Site Manager of the Year Award in 2000. Our after-sales service has also been reflected in making the Top 10 in the Daily Express UK Housebuilder of the Year Awards over the past three years scooping the Bronze Award in 2006. The Design of our developments have also been consistently recognised by our peers as a six times finalist in the CEF/Specify Construction Excellence Awards winning the Housing Category outright in both 2002 & 2006.
