Lakeview Manor, Newtownards is the latest Ferguson Homes development to be recognised with a Pride in the Job : NHBC Quality Award awarded to our Site Manager Stephen Richmond.

With the Company for over 27 years Stephen has worked hard to become a Senior Site Manager, one of the first in Northern Ireland to be awarded NVQ Level 4 in Site Management by NHBC.

Married to Melanie and with three children Alice, James & Rose, Stephen is rightly proud that his commitment to excellence continues to be recognised in this, his third NHBC Quality Award.
